Down the TBR Hole is a meme hosted by Lost in a Story that revolves around clearing your TBR of all those books you’re never going to read and sort through it all to know what’s actually on there.

Here’s how it works:

– Go to your goodreads to-read shelf.
– Order on ascending date added.
– Take the first 5 (or 10 (or even more!) if youre feeling adventurous) books. Of course, if you do this weekly, you start where you left off the last time.
– Read the synopsesof the books
– Decide: keep itor should it go?

Vixen by Jillian Larkin

Another book set in the 1920s with plenty of jazz, booze, and boys? Yeah, there’s no way this is coming off my TBR. This book was made for me. Verdict: staying on the list

Fateful by Claudia Gray

I was down for this because of the Titanic, but then I saw it involves werewolves so now I’m thinking this isn’t going to be my thing. Verdict: leaving the list

Swoon by Nina Malkin

Ouf. I’m curious how this even ended up on my TBR in the first place because it really doesn’t seem like this is something I would enjoy. Verdict: leaving the list

The Last Summer (Of You and Me) by Ann Brashares

This book seems to be set during the summer at a summer house, which has always been an automatic “I-need-to-read-this” since I was a young teenager. So I think I’ll try and give this a chance. Verdict: staying on the list

My Name Is Memory by Ann Brashares

Yes. Yes. Yes. This book needs to be mine immediately. I’m so happy I’m doing Down the TBR Hole because I probably wouldn’t have remembered this was on my TBR otherwise. Verdict: staying on the list

Staying on the list: 3
Leaving the list: 2

Are there any books you think I should have given a chance to? Any you think I should be ditching? Let me know what you think down in the comments below!
