January Wrap Up

Alright well that’s it for the first month of the year, which also means that I am officially another year older (oh boy). This month was mediocre in terms of reading. I read 3 books, and am currently reading 2. It was also a little sub-par in terms of blog posts. But for me January was more of my planning month for getting this little old blog of mine back in order. I have a decent bit of reviews and other posts prepped and ready that I cannot wait to let out into the world.

Hope your January was wonderful and that your 2017 is off to a decent start!

Books Read

The Wrath & The Dawn by Renée Ahdieh
If I could make every single human being in the world read this, I would. Everyone needs to experience this magical story. It is F L A W L E S S.

Wink Poppy Midnight by April Genevieve Tucholke
I have an inkling this review might take a while because I can’t seem to decide whether or not I liked this despite finishing it 2 weeks ago.

The Distance Between Us by Kasie West
If you follow me on Twitter or are friends with me on Goodreads, then you know I kind of enjoyed this but also kind of wanted to throw Caymen off a cliff. So that review is going to be interesting when it’s posted.

2017 Reading Goals

Most Anticipated Releases of 2017 (January-June)

Currently Reading

The Rose & The Dagger by Reneé Ahdieh
Currently 1/5 of the way through this and OH MY GOODNESS IT IS WONDERFUL SO FAR. I can’t believe this is only a duology because I can’t imagine my life without another one of these. I’m dreading the moment I finish it.

The Allure of Julian Lefray by R.S. Grey
Currently 70% through this. If you are in dire need of an amazing new adult book (because lord knows, there are plenty of stinkers out there) then here you go.
